An Easy Way for your Child to Meditate and Live Smarter

Meditation. It’s no longer a hippie alternative religious thing. It’s mainstream. Meditation is the art of silencing the mind and experiencing inner peace in the midst of our busy world.

Enchanted meditations for kids. Getting your kids to meditate the easy way.

Research says it gives those who practice it great advantages and these benefits fit right in with our philosophy of living smarter:

Improved concentration – A clear mind makes you more productive, especially with school work. ✔️

Less bothered by little things – Meditation helps us live in the moment, rather than worrying about the past or future. Everyone, including children can use help in this department! ✔️ ✔️

Better Health – Research has found meditation reduces stress levels and alleviates anxiety. Reduced stress leads to  many health benefits. ✔️ ✔️ ✔️

Knowledge of Self – Meditation provides us with a deeper understanding of our inner self. Thus giving us a huge advantage in being more in touch with our life goals, our strengths and weaknesses and how to achieve our life goals. ✔️ ✔️ ✔️ ✔️

I have instilled meditation practices early on in my children and have also encouraged my nephews to practice it.

I started with visual meditation where I cuddle up in bed with them at the end of the day. I guide them soothingly through a relaxing scenario which puts them off to sleep. I sometimes also do loving-kindness meditation where we think about everyone in our lives and wish good health and happiness to them, one by one!

Recently I purchased some meditation CDs and I must say they were excellent. I rather miss not guiding the meditation myself though but these CDs are effective, particularly if you are unsure how to conduct mediation or your child is older. These meditation CDs are definitely the easy way to get your child into meditation and live smarter.

Here are some of the best CDs I have come across. I prefer CDs because I do not allow devices in bedrooms so I find the CD player option works best.
